Slow Carb – Day 31

Been slowin down a bit.  Started adding a bit of white rice.  Miss that as part of my Chili.  So I caved a bit.  I just need to kick up my works out!

So here’s what I ate tonight for dinner. I don’t thin I have a picture of my chili.  But I can provide the recipe later.

So for dinner I had:

Chicken thighs marinaded in ginger, garlic, green and red hot peppers, honey, dark and light soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice and the skin.  Mix that in well with your hands.

Put it in a baking pan and put it in the oven at 160C for about 25 min.  Then take it out and mix it around.  Then cook another 25 min.

Mixed specials mushrooms cooked in organic salt less butter and a little rap seed oil and salt.  Added frozen spinach.  Cooked in a shallow pan and cover.  Mix occasionally. About 20min or until spinach as unfrozen.
