Slow Carb – Day 4

So far so good.  I actually may not be following this diet strictly (been drinking more red wine than suggested by TF!) but haven’t had any white rice or bread for the past 5 days.  I have had a bit a milk which is in my protein shake but only had  330ml after a workout so I think that’s okay.

I’m loving this diet as it’s all fresh and it’s fun!
