Take time out of your busy day and sit still by yourself in quiet solitude.  Learn to breathe and focus on yourself being in the present.  The key is to let the mind go.  Start with 5 minutes then increase the time slowly until you yearn for more.  The time will fly by and soon 20-30 minutes will feel very short. As you practice this more and more you will remember the feeling and sensations you achieve through this and apply it in your daily activities (eg work meetings, social gatherings, dealing with people, etc).  

Remember that your mind and body are one and both need exercise.

CIPS LEVEL 5 PASSED

Well folks it’s official, I have passed level 5 of CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) advanced degree.  Now just one more level to go!  I just took the first of the level 6 last week on Wednesday.  Hope I get a pass grade.  Will let you know when that result comes back.  Got the second one in March so preparing for that one now.

Word of encouragement to those seeking further education – take it step by step and be patient.  Know the overall goal but stay focus on each task along the way.

Never thought I would be taking exams at my age, let alone a 3 hour written exam!

If I can do it, anyone can.
